The Links tab is empty

The Links tab is read-only. It shows backlinks from your agency's central link workbook (a Google Sheet) that match the client's website domain. For it to show anything, both of these must be true:

1. The link workbook is connected in Settings → Integrations.
2. The client has a website set on their client card.

Read the banner

• "No website set": open the client card (pencil icon) and add the website. This is also what report domain-matching uses.
• "No link workbook connected": go to Settings → Integrations and connect the workbook, either by picking it privately from Google Drive or pasting a public sheet URL.

Then sync

Click Sync now on the Links tab. Rows in the workbook whose target domain matches the client's website will appear.

Still empty?

Check that the domain in the workbook matches exactly (with or without www is fine, but a different domain or a subdomain won't match). If the website and workbook are both set, the domain has rows in the sheet, and Sync still returns nothing, contact support with the client name and the sheet URL.
