I can't see the Pipeline or Admin tab
This is role-based access working as designed. Here's how an admin fixes it.
If Pipeline or Admin is missing from your sidebar, or you land on a "No access" card, your role doesn't include it. Pipeline needs the Sales or Admin role. Admin dashboards need the Admin role.
Fix (an Admin does this)
- Open Settings → Agency & Team.
- Find the person in the Members table and check the Role column.
- Edit them and set the right Team role. Sales unlocks Pipeline. Admin access comes from the organization role, so granting it may mean promoting them in the organization too.
- If they were only just added, click Sync members to pull current organization members into the roster.
- Have them reload (or sign out and back in).
If the role is set correctly and synced but access still doesn't appear after a fresh sign-in, contact support.
