If you've connected Claude to Agency OS, ask it to diagnose the problem. It can check the client's data connections and report health directly and fix most of the common ones.
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
- The client name and which report section or tab
- Your workspace (agency) name
- Any exact error text, or what the empty-state message says
