Connecting Claude to Agency OS

Agency OS exposes your whole workspace to Claude through a remote MCP connector. Once connected you can manage leads, clients, projects and tasks, run audits and proposals, pull and refresh reports, and check data health, all conversationally.

Set it up

1. In Agency OS go to Settings → Claude connection (the /connect page). It shows your exact /mcp URL.
2. In Claude, add a custom connector and paste that URL.
3. Authorize when prompted, signing in with your Agency OS account.
4. In the chat, open the tools menu and make sure the Agency OS connector is enabled.
5. Test it: ask Claude to "list my clients".

Claude Code

The Claude connection page also issues a personal access token and shows the CLI command to add the connector (claude mcp add … Authorization: Bearer <token>). Treat the token like a password.

What Claude can and can't do

Claude can read anything your role can see and make changes through the same permissions. It will confirm before writing, and it won't take destructive or billing actions for you. Keys and secrets are never exposed through the connector.
