Google Drive folders or push-to-Sheets isn't working
Usually Google isn't connected, or the grant has aged out and needs a reconnect.
Auto-creating Drive folders, pushing content to a Sheet and publishing a report to Docs all run through the Google connection in Settings → Integrations.
Check the connection
- Open Settings → Integrations → Google.
- It should show Connected with a recent date. If it warns the grant is old, click Reconnect. Google tokens issued in testing mode can expire after about seven days.
Scopes
The base connection uses a non-sensitive Drive scope, which is all that folders, Sheets and Docs need. Analytics and Search Console access is an opt-in "Also grant…" step that may require a verified OAuth client, so it's expected to be unavailable until that's configured. Reporting uses Windsor for those anyway.
If Google is freshly connected with the right scopes and Drive actions still error, contact support with the exact error text.
