Local Services Ads (LSA) isn't showing in Paid Search
LSA is a channel inside Google Ads, not a separate connector. Here's what that means for setup.
The Paid Search tab shows Google Ads KPIs plus Local Services Ads broken out per LSA account. If you see PPC but no LSA, or "No LSA active", work through these.
1. Is the LSA account ID entered?
On the client's Data tab, the Local Services Ads account ID(s) field is separate from the main Google Ads customer ID. Enter it there (comma-separate multiple accounts), Save, then Refresh the report.
2. Is the LSA account connected in Windsor?
A Google Ads Search account will not surface Local Services data. The LSA account itself has to be connected in Windsor.ai. If it isn't listed when you auto-detect, connect it in Windsor first.
3. Does the account actually run Local Services campaigns?
If the connected account only has Search campaigns, there's nothing to break out, and "No LSA active" is accurate.
If the LSA account is connected in Windsor, returns Local Services data there, the ID is correct and it still doesn't render, contact support.
