Google Ads or Meta Ads data isn't pulling, or spend dropped to zero

Performance ReportingAgency OSUpdated September 2026

Missing account ID, no data in range, or Windsor not connected. Plus what the amber spend warning means.

Paid Search (Google Ads) and Paid Social (Meta) follow the same rules as every other section: the account has to be connected in Windsor.ai and its ID entered on the client's Data tab.

"Not connected"

  1. Open the client → Data and check the Google Ads customer ID or Meta Ads account ID.
  2. If it's blank, ✨ Auto-detect from Windsor or pick the account, Save sources, and ↻ Refresh.
  3. If the account isn't offered, connect it in Windsor.ai first.

Spend suddenly dropped

Agency OS shows an amber spend-pattern-change warning when spend swings sharply. That usually reflects a real campaign pause or budget change rather than a bug. Check with the client (or in the ad account) whether campaigns were paused before treating it as a data problem.

If Windsor has the account with data in range, the ID is correct, and pulls are failing rather than returning empty, contact support.
