Data is stale or the report won't refresh
How caching works, what the freshness chip means, and how to force a fresh pull.
Reports cache for about 20 hours and auto-refresh every morning (around 06:00 UTC). Normal daytime views are cache hits by design, so numbers from "this morning" are expected.
The freshness chip
At the top of the report the chip reads Refreshing, Stale · Xm ago or Updated Xm ago. Hover it for the exact "data as of" time.
Force a refresh
Click ↻ Refresh. The chip flips to "Refreshing…" and the report updates on its own within a few minutes. You don't need to reload the page.
Stuck on Refreshing?
If it stays on "Refreshing" for a long time, one of the sources is likely failing to pull. Check the client's Data tab for a source showing an error, and see My performance report is empty. If a forced refresh consistently fails, contact support with the client name.
