Reading the Team workload view
A monthly capacity-versus-load matrix across every project, and a per-person task list.
The /team page shows a monthly workload and utilization matrix for everyone in the workspace, across all projects. Cells are color-shaded by load against capacity so you can spot who's over- or under-allocated at a glance.
Click a person, or go to /team/[id], to see that member's tasks across every client and project.
Load is calculated from task assignments, so it's only as accurate as your task owners. Unassigned tasks don't count toward anyone.
