• Your agency / consultancy is generating at least $30,000/month in revenue, or have been operating for more than 2 years. Our coaching is not for beginners.
• You’ve been stuck at the revenue point for a period of time, unsure of what to do to move above your current position. You're looking for strategic help to unclog areas of your business that are stagnating your growth.
• You're open to new ideas and a different perspective on your business. You’re committed to showing up, doing the work and taking action on your business.
• You want to move fast with your business, and you are looking for hands on consulting from people who have real experience building a profitably agency.

Here’s What you’ll get As A Coaching Client.

• 1 on 1 Onboarding Call. You begin your program with a 1 on 1 session with your Blueprint coach. You tell us your specific goals and your Blueprint coach will build a roadmap for you to get there. We will work with you to build a growth track that makes sense for where you are and where you want to be.
• Custom Growth Track (Every 6 Months). The outcome of the onboarding call will result in your Blueprint Growth Track, a customized plan to help you reach your goals. The Growth Track will lay out the materials to review, workbooks and coaching sessions to attend to fast track your progress. Your Blueprint coach will review your progress with you every 6 months.
• 1:1 Office Hours. You will get access to a personal booking like to schedule 1 on 1 office hours with Blueprint coaches as desired.

Weekly consulting sessions with Ryan Stewart.

• Group Office Hours. Small breakout sessions with Blueprint coaches happen multiple times each week.
  • Sales - Get help with proposals, scoping out projects, reviewing competitors and putting together rock star pitches. Weekly on Tuesday at 12 pm ET
  • Lead generation - Build powerful marketing campaigns that generate inbound leads under the tutelage of a Blueprint consultant. Weekly on Wednesday at 2 pm ET
  • Operations - Focusing on the day to day of your business - service delivery, hiring, culture and financials. Weekly on Thursday at 2 pm ET
• Monthly Check Ins. Every month a Blueprint coach will reach out to check in on your progress. We will work with you directly to help you get on track or jump start your progress. You are paying us to help you grow - we will hold you accountable to meeting your goals.
• Quarterly Reviews. Every 90 days you will have a 1 on 1 session with a Blueprint coach for hands-on consulting and growth assessment.
• Access the Inner Circle video vault. Some content is just too valuable for the masses. Inside the Inner Circle you’ll get access to private videos from inside of Ryan’s multi 7 figure agency. These videos are shared in the private slack channel and are uploaded on Skool, our training platform for future reference.
• Private video requests. If there’s any content you feel is missing, Ryan will create it for you on request. You want to see a proposal or how we operate our CRM? You can submit a request and Ryan will film a video explaining the question/process.
• Upgraded Slack privileges. You will get access to the #inner-circle Slack channel where you will get access to Ryan and Blueprint coaches directly. You will also receive a Slack badge for your profile, which will get priority in answers/ support in the community, and an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals who are equally serious about their personal and professional development journey and be part of a clutter-free communication channel.
• Live bootcamps: Free access to all of our live bootcamps (paid) and in person events (Miami, 2024).
