A tour of Agency OS: what lives where
A map of the app so you know which tab to open for pipeline, clients, projects, reporting, admin and settings.
Agency OS runs your whole agency from one place: sales pipeline, clients, projects and tasks, content production, live performance reporting pulled from your ad and analytics platforms, agency financials, and a Claude connector. Here's where everything lives.
The left sidebar
| Section | What it is | Who sees it |
|---|---|---|
| Today | Your dashboard. Me View shows what's on your plate (comments you're tagged in, follow-ups, tasks, content) plus a private to-do list and your Google Calendar. Team View shows everyone's open work. | Everyone |
| Pipeline | A drag-and-drop kanban of leads and deals. | Sales and Admin roles |
| Clients | The client roster with live metric columns, and each client's workspace: Tasks, Deliverables, Content, Links, Performance and Data. | Everyone |
| Admin | Financials: contracted revenue per client, staff payroll and margin, and a QuickBooks P&L. | Admin role only |
| Settings | Agency & Team, Project Plans, Pipeline stages, Integrations and the Claude connection. | Everyone (some controls Admin only) |
The sidebar hides anything your role can't reach, so if you don't see Pipeline or Admin, that's by design. See I can't see the Pipeline or Admin tab.
Inside a client
Open any client and you'll find tabs for Tasks, Deliverables, Content and Links (the project workspace), Performance (the live client report) and Data (where the client's accounts get connected). The Data tab is the one that makes reporting work, so start there for any new client.
Other places
- /team shows a monthly workload and utilization matrix across all projects.
- The theme toggle (Light, Dark, Claude) and your user menu sit at the bottom of the sidebar.
