Where the Get Started checklist went

When a workspace is brand new, Agency OS opens on a Get Started screen that walks you through setting up your agency profile, first client and data connections. It is designed to step out of the way: once the workspace has real data in it, the dashboard replaces it.

That is why it seems to vanish. Nothing is broken and nothing was dismissed permanently.

Getting back to it

Open Settings. The setup steps live there as a permanent checklist, showing which are done and which are still outstanding. It is the same list, just not in your way on every load.

The step-by-step videos

The walkthrough videos are not in the app. They are in the Blueprint Training classroom on Skool, under the Agency OS onboarding section. The help center covers the same ground in writing if you would rather read: start with the tour of what lives where, then adding your first client.

What to do first, if you want the short version

1. Fill in your agency profile, which is what client reports are branded with.
2. Add one real client rather than a test one. Most of the app looks empty until a client exists.
3. Connect that client's data sources, so reporting has something to read.
4. Invite your team once you know the shape of things.
